this dracoil is a rather simple one, capable of understanding bits of language but incapable of communicating it's self beyond growls and body language. this creature is bound to the sea and filter feeds through the holes in his head (no those are not eyes, they are his mouth) and has very primitive eyesight in lines at the top of it's head. it can see simple shadows in black and white. most of it's sight comes from sonar channeled through a jelly like substance held in it's boney plate of a head.
