I got this at FC last month. It's one of Rozga's "Color your own damn pony" badges. Which I think is a brilliant idea. You basically get an uncolored pony of your choice (pegasus, unicorn, or earth pony) and a box a crayons. Color it and bring it back to her and she'll cut it out and laminate it.

Just to be different though, I took a pegasus and put a horn on it. Alicorns are where it's at! And the cutie mark was insanely hard with a crayon.
