Based on an idea from Doodle, a friend on Discord. It's generally agreed upon that Dr. Viper has what you'd called a green thumb, but I thought it'd be funny if he tried growing plants the old-fashioned way and sucked at it, or at least was impatient with its "slow" (i.e. normal) growth.
