Two little boys from SWAT Kats. The white-haired boy is seen in the background in The Wrath of Dark Kat and later has a speaking role in Night of the Dark Kat. The chubby black-haired boy is seen at the golf course in Chaos in Crystal. Both were voiced by Tress MacNeille (Callie) doing her best "little boy" impression.
