This is my good ol best buddy Todd Fox (I know there's many a Todd Fox in the fandom, but this one is from New Mexico!!). He wanted me to do a drawing of him as Richter Belmont. And as you can see, he's in Dracula's castle, and he's got a little Astr....I mean Maria to protect!!
