As far as requesting critique, there's a few tips I can give as far as shading goes. Along the light side of her face, perhaps there could be a bit of shading running along the lines of her hair, to make her hair stand out against her skin more? And maybe a bit of shine on her upper lip to add definition. Keep at it though, your style is adorable <3
