Not bad! I would work on adjusting the anatomy, like adding shoulders at the front, making the top back of the neck slightly thicker, and definitely change the tail. Make it a bit slimmer or change the lineart so the underside is fluffy. Other than that I quite like it ^ ^

This is a cute car i love it! A few things I would practice on is anatomy like cyclopsAssassin said. Another thing is the way the tail i placed it seems a bit too thick and it is put lower than it is supposed to be. But just keep practicing you'll get up there eventually I didn't become an artist overnight. It takes a lot of work!
