Compared to their fully insectoid counterparts, Pup-bees are quite docile creatures, and may even be handled when out and about searching for nectar. Just don't squish it, its stinger isn't barbed like a normal bee's and won't come off, ensuring that it will sting over and over again until you (quite literally, hurr) get the point.

Pun aside, Pup-bees are quite soft bodied and enjoy being stroked along their backs, often begging for pets with their fathomless eyes. The longest Pup-Bee (aside from the queen) is about 2 inches long, so you could fit several in your hand.
