Spirit Shaman.
She listens to the spirits and provides their message to travelers or those who seek her. and provides help with the powers and gifts she was given from the spirits.
She was chosen from birth to be such and was raised by the spirits mostly the grand spirit which can take a corporeal form. I'll doodle it up later

She speaks in broken English but can speak many languages thanks to the spirits helping her. Her natural language being the whisper of the spirits, named Fluu Lic.
The tribe she was born from speaks only two languages, the Serpents tongue and the common English of their world.
She is short at 4'7" and skinny because she eats the spirits food and it's not very fattening or filling
Weighing in at 130 pounds (most of that is her tail), 160 when she has all her medicine and head dress on. She actually isn't wearing a shirt it's a pouch that she keeps her stuff in. Just easier to carry it around her shoulder.

She is limber and can move fast. With snake like agility from a pact that her ancestors made with serpent demons. The tail and horns are a show of the pact but they're not full demons themselves but not halflings either.

There is a lot more i can write about her but I don't have time.
