Yeah yeah.. I've been bad.. Haven't put the past few commissions in/on my commissions' journal. Oh well, not like I get more than one every one to two months anyway, if even that.
Anywho, Bloodslayer poked me on Steam the one night and asked about having a collar made. It'd be both the first collar I've ever made, as well as the first thing he's ever commissioned someone for. So *points to her current ID picture* I accepted. And this is the end result..
It's a 14.5" Crocodile Back collar made with 16ga 5/16" rings with a 3 post tube clasp in black ice and lavender. Such a beautiful color combination~
Now, I know what you might be thinking, or at least some of you might be thinking.. don't I mean Alligator Back like the bracelet I just made? No, no I don't. The difference between the two weaves is very slight though, and easily overlooked. Where as the Alligator Back is "stitched" in the middle using European 4 in 1, Crocodile Back is "stitched" in the middle using European 6 in 1. I had to use E 6n1 to keep the chain tight, and keep that awesome ridge prominent.
