So it has been maybe 7/8 years since I first designed my first OC Outlaw.
She was a normal cat at first but slowly grew into a fish cat. I gave away most of her old designs and I wanted to redraw and remake her into my new art style since it has been so long since I had her. So I decided to make her into a galaxy fish cat. I will probably make a better reference for her one day. The marking around her eye was taken from the design I last had of her which was my favorite. That design is currently owned by :linkVince-nt: who I did tell one day I would remake this oc so yea blah blah and stuff!
