his body works just like Oobleck. This proves challenging when fighting him sense punching him can break your hand, but who wants to just gently let there hand ooze into someone during a fight and who said he'd stand still and let you do something like that sense this goopy mass can actually move on it's own.
This also gives him the ability to change size and morph (has to consume things to gain mass to actually get bigger though unless he hallows his body which makes him physically weaker, but makes him at least look scarier)
This dude is so old and I haven't drawn him in so long so it was so nice to draw him again
