This is an 8 page comic showing my grandma introducing me to drawing and encouraging me over the years until she passes away. Even though surprisingly all of my family was very supportive of my love of drawing, she was the most supportive and she was just the most amazing person I've ever known and even though she died back in September 2009 I still miss her every day and the pain of losing her never fades and losing my dog Sugar soon after her just makes the pain worse, because I don't just think of one loss, but two. I've been wanting to do some form of comic showing my grandma introducing me to drawing, because I can't imagine life without drawing it's such a huge part of my life.
The quality may be off I will warn, I could not keep my emotions in check and thinking about my grandma had me pretty upset so I was shaking a lot and rushed through honestly. I'm hoping to come back to it years down the line and redraw it when maybe I can keep my emotions in check better? possibly.
