Meet Highjinks! She's an eccentric, artsy hobbyist who, when not running a local game shop, can always be found keeping busy in some way or another. Anxious by nature (and accentuated by an unhealthy diet of coffeine), she has bad habit of getting too little sleep and going off on weird tangents.
