Here we see Tuherat in the form of a very fat, feral hippo. When she takes this form she will often appear painted, although sometimes she prefer remaining natural. On her side you can see various symbols and magical marking relating to her cult. At the center is the scale, symbolizing the judgement every mortal face in the afterlife. The scale is judgement, the scale is justice and punishment. On each sides of the scales are represented each of the 4 other judge of the afterlife: Anubis, Toth, Isis and Osiris. You can also see the royal prayer and above the sun and the moon, bringer of both life and death. Bellow you can see a representation of the souls condemned to the relentless, caustic inferno of her stomach, the flame symbolyzing the everlasting flames of her digestion.
