I spent a week in a crisis stabilization center, which my therapist had jokingly referred to as anxiety camp.
Unfortunately it didnt help my depression (but Im in the US so our mental health support is abysmal) but it thankfully did help my anxiety.

Im trying to get back to the swing of things-and also be more open about myself and mental health issues Im struggling with. Thank you all for your support! <3
