After some hardcore studying I post the latest Resonance Burst: Maxen's Meteor Impact and Shadow Star.

As Meteor Impact, Maxen is surrounded by a gold aura that empowers his physical strength. It allows him to attack with brute force from kicks, shockwaves and blows and summon multiple copies of his soccer ball used to throw at targets equivalent to meteors.

As Shadow Star however, Maxen releases the dark emotions within him and attacks channeling his anger and desperation for revenge. When using his second-level Resonance Burst Maxen gains a dark aura around him and blades of black light shape from his back feet. Wisps of dark energy emit from his body as well. In this form Maxen's kicks are enhanced due to blades from his feet making them stronger. He can also enlargen them to further increase his attack. He retains his ability to summon multiple copies of his soccer balls for offensive purposes.
