I got Echo from Indie.Trap not long ago and I just. I needed to draw her. I was given several different revisions of her so I decided to take them all and incorporate them as best as I could into a single design. So. Echo is a spiritualist and her stripes and markings and colors all reflect her level of enlightened mindset, and how comfortable she is with the person/people around her.

Default -- red face and dark stripes, closed forehead marking. Green eyes. Absent or dark back marking

Around friends/people she cares about/in a relaxed and happy state of mind-- open forehead mark, glowing teal, glowing teal stripes. blue or green eyes. Absent or Dark back marking, sometimes glowing teal

Around her lover or lovers/in an enlightened state/talking to someone who fulfills her emotionally and physically-- glowing teal face marking, open glowing teal forehead marking, glowing teal stripes. Blue eyes. Glowing Teal back marking

In a drugged or mentally/emotionally enlightened state-- everything dark except glowing teal open forehead marking, nose, and paw pads. White glowing eyes, Glowing teal back marking, brighter than with lovers/friends. Sometimes with white in the center, sometimes whole thing glows white depending on how enlightened she is

There can be mixtures of these things happening at times, and it wont always match up to the chart. Even she doesn't know what every single change means.
