This is a piece of giftart by Clay Mongoose (on FurAffinity) of Kilo stopping as his incontinent bowels begins to make him mess his giant diaper. He feels quite relieved as it does since he was going though some pain due to constipation. However, he is beginning to attract a few onlookers who are commenting and pointing at the diapered macro fox, which will soon make him feel quite embarrassed.
