Windia is an old character of mine. She was the wind goddess that I doodled out alongside of Marinek. Well I've decided to revamp her and make her a full on sentient cloud creature. Basically a cloud with eyes and nothing more, but it doesn't mean she can't talk or anything. Anyway, she has these pooltoys that are like shells for her to walk around all normal like, and being unable to decide how to draw her in her cloud form I decided to just have her showing off a shell she's having fun with XD
