the challenge was to try and make this character read as much like a welsh dragon as possible, but not sticking strictly with the design, while also keeping a on the kid friendly side. Also a very specific expression was requested and through some iteration this design was made! The cross-hatch pattern would be made by shaving fur like this: http://i858.photobucket.com/albums/.....ps0c24d12a.jpg http://i858.photobucket.com/albums/.....psd2e338e0.jpg and the rest of it would be various shades/lengths of red fur to give variety and texture to the overall red-ness. this character currently does not have a name, but he has a smug attitude!
