After Sesshomaru and Naraku made love and connected, Naraku slowly started to regain his sanity and sense of happiness back. Sesshomaru had a dream where he had Naraku standing in front of him and smiling. In response to the loving feeling he was getting from his partner, he smiled and then began to speak to him. However, something was wrong. When he tried to talk to him he couldn't speak- or rather his words weren't audible. As Sesshomaru increasingly tried to communicate with still no sound coming out of his mouth, Naraku became more and more visibly upset. He began to become distressed and then cry, until finally he grabbed him and Screamed at the top of his lungs:
"DO YOU REALLY LOVE ME!?!? " To that, Sesshomaru found himself hesitant, but he didn't know why. Why was he Struggling to say what he had been feeling all along?! he saw Naraku's eyes go blank with no emotion and Before he could attempted to answer he woke up in bed in a daze, drenched in sweat.
He began to catch his breath as he turned over to his left and saw Naraku resting soundly by his side unphased. He sat up and held is hand to his head as he tried to gather himself together: and before he knew it, Naraku was staring at him intensely, wide eyed-and awake.
This startled Sesshomaru a bit, but he tried to keep his cool as he asked "Oh, I'm sorry. Did i wake you? "
Naraku sat up and shook his head and looked at the head band he had been wearing earlier as he held it close to him and peeked over at Sesshomaru emitting an awkward silence.
" You don't have to be so worried about me. I have problems, i know I cant do much for you, i cant even live on my own if I had to... But... I hope that you'll always.. allow me to support you as much i can.. Even if its just Sexual.. Sesshy..!" Naraku said as he started to blush and look down at the headband in a fidgeting state. "I don't want you to end up hating me, or resenting being with me.." He trailed off in a bit of a slump as his bangs dangled over his face hiding his eyes.
Sesshomaru looked at Naraku in shock and then soon began to smile softly and lightly grabbed his head as he leaned in close to him and kissed him gently.
"Naraku ♥ I could never hate you, not ever. In fact, I'd say that," he stopped for a second as he sat frozen like a teenage boy confessing his love to his crush for the first time. Sesshomaru's face began to shine as red as a beet as he looked down in a rather embarrassed expression.
"I Love you." ❣️
