Katuro throws himself over the concrete ledge and sits himself down next to foo dog, almost reflexively he reaches out to grab Hoosier by the shoulder to snap him out of his thinking, "Come on, we're missing you in there."

So a vaguely drinking bromancing scene outside some vaguely pub thing with a stain glass window because pubs have that. Drawn to try and cheer up Hoosier. Enjoy!
