!Disclaimer I've got nothing against Team Cherry or Zote's design this was for fun only!

So some notes about Zote as well as how I incorporated those into the redesign I made: So the horn cap I gave him is largely based on the army ant, which is one of the deadlier bugs in the animal kingdom. Zote is not actually strong though, so I gave him much stubbier horns to show how weak he actually is. His sword in the game was wood but I decided to make it one of those funky foam swords cause you could still hurt someone with wood. The brooch on his chest is inspired by his powered up form in the game, and I gave him a leather coat because I don't think he could afford any cloak like he has in game. I gave him a thorax just to make him more bug-like. I also made his body a lot rounder because he often talks about eating in the game, and he never fights so....
