Bit of a personal work, but I like the message within. It can apply to so many things.
I sometimes have trouble walking. Those of you that have hung out with me have probably seen me walk with a limp, or even seen me go down. The most I'll say is I messed up my leg when I was 16, and it's still rather messed up. Descending stairs is probably one of my biggest challenges. I have yet to, but I fear every descent is going to be the one that sends me ass over head down.
The past couple of weeks have been especially bad. What with the horribly inconsistent weather going hot and cold, it's causing crazy expansion and contraction in a lot of places, especially with the cartilage in my ankle which is all kinds of broken up, and pretty much hurts all day during cold snaps. Not to mention the bones didn't heal right so I do walk with my right foot slightly turned out.

I can definitely sympathize having stumbled on the stairs and almost fell down them but caught me at the last moment except that one time. It's such a scary thing. It's good that you're getting through it.
