A quick concept for one of the characters in my in-progress story. He's the leader of a large clan of scavenging bandits, being mostly the main antagonist, however from time to time he moves into the grey areas, always willing to strike lucrative deals that benefit him most in the end. More so, I want him to almost be this love-to-hate type, despite being on a wasteland of a planet with little resources, he lives with opulence, wearing decorative robes, and eats enough to be on the heavy side. (Also, he may or may not have been inspired by Handsome Jack)
