Let me lay some information about Eclipse here.

She's based on a race of hideous creatures from Greek mythology, which is one of my favorite things by the way, called Gorgons. Medusa being the most famous Gorgon of them all. She is about 17 years old and has quite the abilities all Gorgons have. She has venomous asps for hair, wings (she can only summon them with magic) and the ability to turn those who look at her face into stone just like all Gorgons have. Like Medusa, she has two older sisters named Sabrina and Ally (I'll draw them tomorrow) who which live on a different part of the islands.

Her favorite food are animals on the island like lizards, birds and mice. Her personality is mischievous and sadistic. Eclipse really doesn't like her appearance. She used to be beautiful just like her sisters. She was the priestess of Azure's temple. In fact, she was so beautiful that Aquarius, the demigod of the oceans and son of Poseidon, fell in love with her. He disguised himself as a human being and revealed himself to Eclipse when no one was around to witness the two.

Frightened by his sudden appearance, she ran into the temple of the Azure, the demigoddess of wisdom and knowledge and daughter of Athena, hoping that the goddess would protect her. She didn't. Azure felt nothing but disgust when she saw the two of them making out in her temple and Azure was angered by it. Upon appearing before the two, Aquarius fled the scene by transforming into a hawk and flew off. Eclipse begged for forgiveness and to punish Aquarius.

Still disgusted and very disappointed in her priestess, Azure turned Eclipse into a hideous creature with snakes for hair and did the same for her sisters. Azure then banished them to an isolated group of islands far from civilization. They're now forced to live in a cave deep in a jungle where they consider their new home considering that they're also orphans and both of their parents are deceased. Her mother was Medusa herself (before she was beheaded by Perseus) and her father was an unknown man (I can't think of his name) who she turned to stone upon seeing him visit the islands.

Fun Facts about Eclipse
Her design was inspired by Medusa in both versions of Clash of the Titans. Most specifically the infamous 2010 version (which is one of my favorite movies).

Eclipse has a set of wings for flight (Gorgons were often depicted with wings), but she can only use them with her magical abilities. She has poisonous snakes for hair and has immortality like Medusa's two sisters Euryale and Stheno unlike her more famous and feared mother Medusa.

Her personality, when she was human, was similar to the personality of Daniel Andrewson and Ally Kazaam. But when she was cursed and became a Gorgon, her personality changed too and became somewhat like Shade Nebula and Guro-Guro's.

She likes turning living things, be it man or animal that visit the island she and her sisters live on, into stone for fun and hates women who she thought were way more beautiful than her.

Her weapons of choice are a bow and arrows which she uses while patrolling for unwanted visiters on her island. Only men are allowed to visit the islands Eclipse and her older sisters live on and no man has ever came back alive. Her island are filled with pour unfortunate souls who were unluckily killed by her gaze.

Her backstory is very similar to her mother's, but with minor alterations to the story like the sea good fleeing the scene and with her being banished to a group of islands.
