BUT, this turned out really well for me, and I think I'm interested in adding it to my portfolio! I might change the colors to be a normal wolf instead of Topaz (for generic purposes? idk), but only for the portfolio.

The background was inspired by this old thang, and the concept was inspired by this moderately aged thang. Honestly, I'm so so so proud of this result, especially in comparison to those pieces! I really enjoy the shading on this, the snarl, and the little details I put into it. It was really honestly a fun piece to work on!!!

Now, I'm sure you're all wondering...what the HECK has got Kaleid so pissy lately? Well, it's a great story. Allow me to tell it.

There's this girl in my choir class. She's a huge flirt. She makes bad decisions regarding the boys she dates. I would consider her a comrade of mine (not an acquaintance, but not quite a friend either)(and definitely not a friend now). We sing Soprano I together and joke around when we can't hit the notes. Anyways, like I said, she's a mega flirt.

She's been doing a lot of flirting with Matt, lately. And I mean, a lot. She's going the whole nine yards; the high-pitched and overly-loud laugh, the hair flipping, the soft leaning, the fluttering eyelashes. She's pulling out all the stops on the flirt-mobile, and for awhile, I just let it slide. After all, she technically wasn't really doing anything wrong. (Plus, she knows that Matt and I have been together for almost two years, so I assumed she wouldn't be making a serious move on him.) I figured that she wasn't doing anything intentional, and she was just being her flirty self, and it was just something that would blow over.

Haha, well, funny thing about that. The other day, she shoved her phone into Matt's (pant) pockets, and then proceeded to get it back herself.

I can't even tell you how mad I was. I told a lot of people how mad I was, but I couldn't get involved yet; it was something Matt had to put down himself (otherwise, I'd be the crazy girlfriend).

Thankfully, the situation has blown over. But I was still pissy enough to draw something, and happy enough with it to turn it into something good
