Finally, a personal piece c:

Listening to "Dust to Dust" by The Civil Wars, and this kinda popped into my head. I've been kind of bumming recently, because Matt is out of town and I won't see him (or even get to talk to him outside of letters) until I get back from camp. I kind of drew on that sadness to create this, but don't worry too much about me, because I'll be alright.

I'm actually pretty happy with this, in all seriousness. This is my first real piece with Topaz's new long tail, and I like it on her! I think it's very fitting. It's really fun to draw her, especially after so many commissions!

Yeah, the trees are pretty sketchy, but I didn't feel like putting much effort into them. I think they fit the picture fine as they are, anyways, so there :P

Anyways, hope you guys like it! I'm really gonna miss you all when I'm gone :c (Granted, I don't leave until the 27th, but I'm still gonna miss you.)
