Yep, this is Drialmon's Ultimate Level. See, when he was a Champion, him and Ifritdramon FlareRizamon at the time had befriended a WereGarurumon. The three were close friends, like a trio of brothers. But then, a powerful Ultimate Level Digimon attacked them. The Digimon was about to kill DukGrowlmon, but then WereGarurumon got in the way, protecting DukGrowlmon by sacrificing himself. Watching WereGarurumon disintegrate into data in front of him both saddened and angered DukGrowlmon. He'd let out a ferocious roar and started Digivolving. As he did, WereGarurumon's data mysteriously changed trajectory, going straight into DukGrowlmon's DigiCore. The resulting absorption of WereGarurumon's data in the midst of Digivolution altered DukGrowlmon's Ultimate, changing it into CanuDukDrialmon.

You can tell that CanuDukDrialmon bears WereGarurumon's data, considering the WereGarurumon cowl on in his, the shoulder pad, and the straps around his left hand. All both acquired from and in tribute to his gone-but-not-forgotten friend WereGarurumon. Interesting fact, those four red earrings you see above are actually connecting the WereGarurumon ears and CanuDukDrialmon's ears. That means, whatever his ears do, the cowl's ears will follow, almost as if WereGarurumon is listening with CanuDukDrialmon.
