A new hero for my World of Kainsword17.

This is Gokaizer aka Joe Hokari, his father made him into a cyborg before he was killed by mutants of the evil Negative organization, and now uses his powers to protect mankind from Negative's forces.

I've based his design on heroes created by Shotaro Ishinomori like Kikaider. Cyborg-009 and Kamen-Rider, so I gave him abit of a 70's toku-hero feel to his design.
