This is off by a day because this wasn't my original plan for the event ran by @catws10 / @catws-anniversary , but the fic I originally had planned needs more time, so I made this sort of quick art piece for the event instead.

My art can be interpreted however you want, if you want this to be a Stucky piece; by all means! I made this fairly quickly and left it open to interpretation as the "but I knew him" part could be seen as said by Steve when he's saying "he's a ghost story", or just Bucky saying it like he says it in the movie.
Actually really proud of how the arm turned out tbh
