As promised, here are some work-in-progress shots of my new idea. Slipcovers for my comfy hiking boots!

Hopefully the pictures are self-explanatory, but I'll answer any questions if you have them :)

Pic 1. Shows my normal boot, and one with a fabric base pinned on. I used a strong, non-stretchy fabric for the base.

Pic 2. Better view of the pinned-on fabric.

Pic 3. I hand-sewed the fabric together and reinforced those seams with a bit of glue.

Pic 4. Foam added over the fabric, attached with hot glue, and sculpted into a paw shape.
