How do these things keep happening to you, Tom?! You go to the beach and even transformation trouble follows you there! In the ocean water! Though I must say you do have a pretty nice looking Vaporeon tail there <3

(Artist's note: Struck with inspiration to draw Vaporeons finding just the right pose for this wasn't so bad. Finding a feeling of "why is this happening" however...that was the tricky one. The OCEAN'S own water transforming him into a vappy on the beach seemed perfect. No goop, no Pokemon powers. Quite honestly, I like it. I hope Tom does too!
