This is an OC Changeling Queen by the name of Volucris. Volucris was created by BronyCAN for this Tumblr here: http://ask-bronycan.tumblr.com They have a whole storyarc devoted to the theme of their upcoming convention. I fell in love with the theme and the design of the Changeling Queen they created. I drew her and offered the actual page to the BronyCAN staff as my support to their ask-bronycan page :3
