Holiday gift art for MaoOtter of his character, Rachel dressed in an inflatable Floatzel costume! The concept behind this idea came from Mao’s art actually. He did this STUPENDOUS piece where he had Rachel in an inflatable Dewott costume, all colored up. My eyes lit up and I tried to do a sketch of my own using a different Pokemon that I know Mao likes.
