A streak of gruesome deaths bring a strange investigator known as "Roger" to the Skullgirls ring. Her top priority to stop these murders that she's come to believe are part of a "human cock-fighting operation."

Playstyle Speculation: While Roger is trained in hand-to-hand combat, getting too close to others means they could pull her apart. Instead, Roger relies on ranged weaponry that she hides in her jacket, under her skirt, and in her chest. All of her stitches hide some sort of weapon, and some are only revealed when parts of her become detached.
