I haven't made this in a long while, but I found the picture in my Lightroom catalog.

It's toast! I used extra sautéed stuff from an omelette to make it. The toast part is, well, toast... with butter. The stuff on top is sautéed onion, red and green bell pepper, and BACON.

It was delicious, and you don't hear that often from me about stuff that doesn't have cheese. :v
