Being an inflatable toy certainly has its benefits, but there's drawbacks as well. Case in point: stickers. Those darn things stick to PVC quite easily, and the poor toys can't pull them off by themselves! It seems like someone decided the pool toy needed some sunglasses before heading outside, and dumped a few vinyl stickers atop it before going off to splash around. The toy seems to have something to say about that, though, but I'm sure it's nothing important.
