as the title says, a commission price guide

now with 99% more hexagons!
i wanted to make a more detailed easy to understand commission guide

and tada! i came up with prices for comics because alot of people were asking about them, so final made a price guided for them based on how much time i sink into each page. icons added too, still got to figure out some more stuff, but 2016 will be a good year for being organized!
