If you look closely, she has rectangular pupils.

The design is based on a dumbo octopus, right?
I did a bit of work with that species back in college for a creature design work shop. They were rather fun to draw.

  Actually is a flapjack octopus, a roundish version of dumbo octo (Grimpoteuthis) and has shorter tentacles, although they belong to the same family.
  
  And yea, they're fun to draw. It's like drawing little ghosts with big flappy ears.
