She grew up with her parents and their pose of salandits.
Never really interacting with other scrafty or bigger pokemon besides her mother. Her father, being short and short tempered always scared off other males from his girls, so she never flirted either.
Abby helped her with being more open, meeting the other pokemon of the ranch even tho the females don't like Abby.
She instantly grew interested in Maynard when she saw him, being another scrafty. Abby saw this and tries to help with both.
Victoria chooses to wear human clothing, feeling naked without some kind of cover. She lost her extra skin when she evolved.
