Victoria's father, he's a salandit/scrafty hybrid as well. Keeping his short stature, he became more hot headed to make up for it.
He knew Vincent, Maynard & Abby's father, from a long time ago in their old gang till Vincent left, Jimmy found a way to leave as well. He traveled around till he met his future mate, Marilyn a shiny salazzle who had a mini gang of salandits of her own but without guidance, so he took up the mantle.
Highly protective of his girls, even tho he's short. Never let any other pokemon join, knowing his leadership would be challenged.

Met up with Vincent again, when his trainer the traveling gym leader went back to Unova for a visit. Seeing how they were best friends, the gym leader offered a permanent home on his ranch. The salandits, tagged along unknowingly but finds comfort in the surrounding woods.
