Trying to make something for which to delve

I want to tell you a simple story.

It's that I do wish for some curse-ed glory.

I've always worked to make others laugh.

But what I get back is less than half.

I'm not someone who joined a group,

only to see see how low they stoop.

When I've seen others gaining their fame,

I at times tend to curse their name

There's frickin Mic the Microphone,

just being someone who is fully known.

Full of envy is how I feel,

all I want is to match his deal.

Every kind of art I do,

Everything I thought I knew,

Nothing really went through.

My dreams just never grew.

Now I did dream I could have some fun,

maybe even make a stupid little pun,

I won't deny I'm a little vain,

maybe it's to forget my past pain.

Maybe I could be a fancy writer,

wishing that my words were tighter.

I would bring you a whole new world,

giving you events as they unfurled.

I had attempted doing some art,

though it seemed like a really odd part.

Going on giving a crazy design,

it doesn't really look too refined.

Acting out a character got me so far,

though I still have to go raise the bar.

Every kind of art I do,

Everything I thought I knew,

Nothing really went through.

My dreams just never grew.

This isn't for some silly pity

especially if it's really itty bitty.

I'm only looking to make you smile,

hopefully it'll last a little while.

I'm not to be some crazy bigot.

that's how politics would likely rig it.

Nor will I preach another religion

as that is not how I find my vision.

I'm always open to collaborate,

just give me the time and date.

I really do ride on a tandem,

being in the furry and brony fandom.

Before those things meet their ends,

I just want to say I made really great friends.
