Please forgive my late-late-late critique considering how long it's been since you uploaded this but my love of Exile demanded it.
For starters, you incorporated and demonstrated the dynamic movement in this cover quite well. The motion lines are noticeable enough but don't distract from the piece itself. Plus, the color palette you chose for the background contrast well against Exile and the ice.
That said, unless the ice is flat, the parts of Exile behind it would wind up looking distorted, sort of like a funhouse mirror. Also the anatomy on Exile seems a bit off - or rather asymmetrical - although that mainly might have to do with the armor.
Overall, well-executed, could just use a little more touch-up.
