BeasBoy coming home to jump city after almost 14 years of abscene. Of course the Titans had watched for him, more because he was a wanted criminal after the incident with Raven and his prison break.
But now, they have better things to to than monitoring him and besides, they never found him after he dissappeared.
But what is the first thing he would do after he returns? Keeping an eye out for Raven, confirming that she is allright.
