Commission for akiwuff

Got some UV markers in he name and yellow markings (clearly) and the blue hair (photo never does it justice). His idea was to make the hair UV reactant as well, but I wasn't sure about it because of the way the colour comes out, but it turned out to be the perfect shade of blue, so hooray!

Name has some sparkle gel pen, paper background has some light reflective design bits (photos didn't look good no matter how i tried, so no example there).
