Been crazy about the Horses' Patoots since I read D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths at the age of about 9 (scary close to 50 years ago). I love the expression and body language you've captured here.

I wrote a Science Fiction story about a scientist who decided a four-footed version of a Human would be ideally suited for a planet with a particularly rough terrain. Let's see; the nearest star cluster with a Sun-class star would be... of course: Alpha Centauri A, with the same G2V spectral classification as our Sun.
