He is loosely based off of a lobster, because I love lobsters. (Not eating them, the poor things helpless)
The tail I drew next to him is a 1:1 scale with his body.

Anyways short bio.

He lives deep in the ocean, there fore the light blue coloration on his carapace-like areas glow at his will.
The three stripe like marks on his chest are also luminescent, but are primarily used to lure/attract prey. The marking can be changed into anything, especially when mating season comes, the most fascinating and intricate design that his species makes determines what type of female companion he's looking for.

Female equivalent has the same ability, except they place the markings on their navel area.

Nuro is not bi curious nor interested in the same sex, he is only attracted to females, but has an open mind. He will not have intimate relations with a male under normal circumstances.

He cannot hear, as he doesn't have ears or ear holes but has heightened tremor and thermal senses. Which means he is unable to distinguish color and see's the world in black, red, and blue hues. He occasionally comes up to the shallow waters to steal food or attack ships for food since prey is very scarce deep under the ocean.

He has feelers on the side of his head with sensitive tips that is used to interact with things he finds curious. His antennas can detect movements and vibrations much as a great white shark can detect blood.

He doesn't not have proper etiquette in terms of how intelligent creatures see it, since he primarily stays away from civilization unless he is pillaging a boat or ship. He is ravenous and savage, and is not very trusting of strangers.

Similar to other species that are predators, he is protective of his territory and will ward off anyone he deems a threat.

Do not cross him, or his crusher claw will decapitate any part of you within a heartbeat.
He's done it before actually, that person lived and is now scarred for life.
