After   blue heard out about the Chinese new year celebrations, he decided to join in on the festivities

unfortunately, he didn't read the terms and services of volunteering dragons.

kept trying to get this picture finished and also tried a few things out for the first time. what do you guys think. im prity satisfied for the most part of the picture result so far.
